mvebu: Migrate CONFIG_DDR_32BIT/64BIT to Kconfig

Browse source 
Move CONFIG_DDR_32BIT/64BIT to Kconfig as a choice for Armada XP
platforms.  Make 64bit the default as this mirrors the current code.
