efi_loader: implement MCastIPtoMAC
Implement the MCastIPtoMAC service of the simple network protocol. It converts an multicast IPv4 (or IPv6) address to a multicast Ethernet address. Signed-off-by: Heinrich Schuchardt <xypron.glpk@gmx.de>
