armv8: ls2085a: Update bootargs as per default target console

Browse source 
LS2085 targets supports following UART console
 LS2085AQDS	UART0
 LS2085ARDB	UART1
 LS2085ASim	UART0
 LS2085AEmu	UART0

So update the bootargs as per the default console present at the target
