Correct SPL uses of SAVE_PREV_BL_INITRAMFS_START_ADDR

This converts 2 usages of this option to the non-SPL form, since there is
no SPL_SAVE_PREV_BL_INITRAMFS_START_ADDR defined in Kconfig
