arm: socfpga: config: Fix LOADADDR

Setting LOADADDR to 0x8000 is a bad idea, it is very likely that
some kind of overlap will happen. Move the LOADADDR 0x01000000
(16MiB from start of RAM) to make sure no overlap happens when
loading kernel for example.
