board: rockchip: Add Xunlong Orange Pi 5
Xunlong Orange Pi 5 is a single-board computer based on the Rockchip RK3588S SoC. The board provides abundant interfaces, HDMI output, GPIO interface, M.2 PCIe2.0, Type-C, Gigabit LAN port, 2*USB2.0, 1*USB3.0, etc. Features tested on a Orange Pi 5 4GB v1.2: - SD-card boot - SPI Flash boot - PCIe/NVMe - USB 2.0 host - Ethernet Device tree is imported from linux v6.7-rockchip-dts64-1 tag.
