board: qualcomm: Add support for dragonboard845c Add support for 96Boards Dragonboard 845C aka Robotics RB3 development platform. This board complies with 96Boards Open Platform Specifications. Features: - Qualcomm Snapdragon SDA845 SoC - 4GiB RAM - 64GiB UFS drive U-boot is chain loaded by ABL in 64-bit mode as part of boot.img. pmic: Convert pm8916 driver to a generic Qcom PMIC driver Since both pm8916.c and pm8916_gpio.c are already supporting multiple Qcom SoCs, it makes sense to rename these drivers to pmic_qcom.c and qcom_pmic_gpio.c respectively. Also, these driver can be extended to support additional functionality if required for other Qcom SoCs. Revert "lmb: Default to not-LMB_USE_MAX_REGIONS" As explained by Philippe Schenker, I was misinterpreting what happened in the case where we do not set LMB_USE_MAX_REGIONS and so had re-introduced the problem I was attempting to more widely resolve.
