SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. arm926ejs: convert makefiles to Kbuild style Note1: In arch/arm/cpu/arm926ejs/spear/Makefile START := start.o was changed extra-$(CONFIG_SPL_BUILD) := start.o because spear/start.o is only used for SPL. Note2: START := start.o was missing from arch/arm/cpu/arm926ejs/mxs/Makefile. arm: kirkwood: Move some SoC files into new arch/arm/mvebu-common By moving some kirkwood files into a Marvell common directory, those files can be used by other Marvell platforms as well. The name mvebu is taken from the Linux kernel source tree. It has been chosen there to represent the SoC's from the Marvell EBU (Engineering Business Unit). Those SoC's currently are: Armada 370/375/XP, Dove, mv78xx0, Kirkwood, Orion5x This will be used by the upcoming Armada XP (MV78460) platform support.
