kconfig: add board Kconfig and defconfig files This commit adds: - arch/${ARCH}/Kconfig provide a menu to select target boards - board/${VENDOR}/${BOARD}/Kconfig or board/${BOARD}/Kconfig set CONFIG macros to the appropriate values for each board - configs/${TARGET_BOARD}_defconfig default setting of each board (This commit was automatically generated by a conversion script based on boards.cfg) In Linux Kernel, defconfig files are located under arch/${ARCH}/configs/ directory. It works in Linux Kernel since ARCH is always given from the command line for cross compile. But in U-Boot, ARCH is not given from the command line. Which means we cannot know ARCH until the board configuration is done. That is why all the "*_defconfig" files should be gathered into a single directory ./configs/. Finish conversion of CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ to Kconfig In order to finish moving this symbol to Kconfig for all platforms, we need to do a few more things. First, for all platforms that define this to a function, introduce CONFIG_DYNAMIC_SYS_CLK_FREQ, similar to CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DDR_CLK_FREQ and populate clock_legacy.h. This entails also switching all users from CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ to get_board_sys_clk() and updating a few preprocessor tests. With that done, all platforms that define a value here can be converted to Kconfig, and a fall-back of zero is sufficiently safe to use (and what is used today in cases where code may or may not have this available). r2dplus: select rtl8139 driver in defconfig CONFIG_RTL8139 was moved to a board defconfig by a commit 86e9dc86b1a2 ("net: Move CONFIG_RTL8139 to Kconfig"), however it was done incorrectly due to a missing CONFIG_NETDEVICES selection, thus virtually it was just a removal of the driver compilation. As an unlucky consequence the option was completely removed by a purge commit adad96e60d0e ("configs: Re-sync HUSH options"), restore the driver inclusion back. Move default y configs out of arch/board Kconfig Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate. Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs. A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry.
