3f62fc3a7e Remove crate:: prefixes from crate paths 
This is somewhat misleading, as those are actually external crates,
and don't need a crate:: prefix.

Extract single_match_else UI test 
There's only one test currently.
I also updated the lint doc with a 'good' example and changed the lint
help text a bit.
