faeeef3b9c Improve redundant_slicing lint 
* Lint when slicing triggers auto-deref
* Lint when slicing returns the same type as dereferencing

99af4c8971 remove TyS::same_type 
it ignored regions and constants in adts,
but didn't do so for references or any other types.
This seemed quite weird
