6384765665 parse Cargo.toml file in ui-cargo tests
compiletest_rs is not meant to test full cargo projects, but instead
only files.
So we need to parse the `Cargo.toml` file ourself and set the
corresponding environment variable. In this case we just set
`CARGO_PKG_RUST_VERSION`, nothing more. But, of course, this can be
extended.

Remove deps

This remove both `regex` and `cargo_metadata` as dependencies making `clippy_dev` compile ~3x faster (~46s -> ~16s locally). `cargo_metadata` was used to extract the `version` field from `Cargo.toml`, which is done trivially without that. `regex` was used to parse `define_clippy_lint` in `update_lints` which is now done using `rustc_lexer`. This isn't any simpler, but it compiles ~15s faster and runs ~3x faster (~2.1s -> ~0.7s locally).

The next biggest offenders to compile times are `clap` and `winapi` on windows. `clap` could be removed, but re-implementing enough is probably more work than it's worth. `winapi` is used by `opener` and `walkdir` so it's stuck there.

Implement internal lint for MSRV lints
This internal lint checks if the `extract_msrv_attrs!` macro is used if
a lint has a MSRV. If not, it suggests to add this attribute to the lint
pass implementation.

65d1f83d2c Extend [unused_io_amount] to cover AsyncRead and AsyncWrite.
Clippy helpfully warns about code like this, telling you that you
probably meant "write_all":

    fn say_hi<W:Write>(w: &mut W) {
       w.write(b"hello").unwrap();
    }

This patch attempts to extend the lint so it also covers this
case:

    async fn say_hi<W:AsyncWrite>(w: &mut W) {
       w.write(b"hello").await.unwrap();
    }

(I've run into this second case several times in my own programming,
and so have my coworkers, so unless we're especially accident-prone
in this area, it's probably worth addressing?)

This patch covers the Async{Read,Write}Ext traits in futures-rs,
and in tokio, since both are quite widely used.

changelog: [`unused_io_amount`] now supports AsyncReadExt and AsyncWriteExt.

6c2199ea9f rfc3052: Remove authors field from Cargo manifests
Since RFC 3052 soft deprecated the authors field anyway, hiding it from
crates.io, docs.rs, and making Cargo not add it by default, and it is
not generally up to date/useful information, we should remove it from
crates in this repo.
