[`unnecessary_fold`]: suggest turbofish if necessary

Fixes #10000

This adds turbofish `::<T>` to the suggestion in `unnecessary_fold`. This is necessary because the `Sum` trait is generic, which breaks inference when changing `fold()` to `sum()`.
