3939: Fix non canonicallized path from metadata r=matklad a=edwin0cheng Crate root path obtained from cargo-metadata may contains non-canonicalized path (e.g. `/foo/../libcore/tests/lib.rs`), such that `vfs::load` will find a incorrect root.
