Fix type inference failure when built with log/kv_unstable 
This code is broken by an `impl From<kv::Error> for fmt::Error` in the
log crate when building in a codebase that has the log/kv_unstable
feature enabled.

db32a2e421 Implement inline associated type bounds 
Like `Iterator<Item: SomeTrait>`.

This is an unstable feature, but it's used in the standard library e.g. in the
definition of Flatten, so we can't get away with not implementing it :)

7a39bc3ba2 Make records grammar more orthogonal 
We used

  name [: expr]

grammar before, now it is

  [name :] expr

which makes things simpler

Seem like this can't fix #2534 for this case:
