e1c0bdaf75 Introduce dedicated AST node for union 
Although structs and unions have the same syntax and differ only in
the keyword, re-using the single syntax node for both of them leads to
confusion in practice, and propagates further down the hir in an
upleasent way.

Moreover, static and consts also share syntax, but we use different
nodes for them.

I put the assist cursor range to `if` of the if expression, because both condition and body will be replaced. Is there any way to replace them without cover the cursor position?

27ce1e822b Remove the custom impl of AttrsOwner for ImplItem 
The default impl should have the same behaviour, and it can be generated
by codegen.

1438f38eb6 Preserve whitespace at the end of doc comments 
Whitespace can have special meaning in markdown. For instance
ending a line with three spaces will render a new line.
Note that this behavior diverges from RLS.

1815: Support correct `$crate` expansion in macros r=uHOOCCOOHu a=uHOOCCOOHu

This PR makes normal use cases of `$crate` from macros work as expected.

It makes more macros from `std` work. Type inference works well with `panic`, `unimplemented`, `format`, and maybe more.
Sadly that `vec![1, 2, 3]` still not works, but it is not longer an issue about macro.

1208: [WIP] Goto for Macro's r=matklad a=Lapz

Adds goto definition for macros. Currently only works for macros in the current crate ~~otherwise it panics~~. Proper macro resolution needs to be added for it to resolve macros in other crates.

4ad2e4ce4e Merge #1154 
1154: Initial support for lang items (and str completion) r=flodiebold a=marcogroppo

This PR adds partial support for lang items.
For now, the only supported lang items are the ones that target an impl block.

Lang items are now resolved during type inference - this means that `str` completion now works.

Fixes #1139.

23fdc562bf Add new TYPE_BOUND_LIST and TYPE_BOUND syntax kinds 
These are now used when parsing type bounds. In addition parsing paths inside a
bound now does not recursively parse paths, rather they are treated as separate
bounds, separated by +.

1c97c1ac11 Enable parsing of attributes inside a match block 
We allow invalid inner attributes to be parsed, e.g. inner attributes that are
not directly after the opening brace of the match block.

Instead we run validation on `MatchArmList` to allow better reporting of errors.

I just pulled type text from the syntax node and "formatted" is bit. VS Code can't really handle multi-line symbol detail (it's will crop it when rendering), so that formatting will just collapse all white-space to singe space. It isn't pretty, but maybe there's a better way.

Issue also mentions "need to be done for `NavigationTarget` to `SymbolInformation`", but `SymbolInformation` doesn't have detail field on it?
