9954: feat: Show try operator propogated types on ranged hover  r=matklad a=Veykril

Basically this just shows the type of the inner expression of the `?` expression as well as the type of the expression that the `?` returns from:

Unless both of these types are `core::result::Result` in which case we show the error types only.

If both types are `core::option::Option` with different type params we do not show this special hover either as it would be pointless(instead fallback to default type hover)

Very much open to changes to the hover text here(I suppose we also want to show the actual type of the `?` expression, that is its output type?).

9807: Implicit `Sized` bounds r=iDawer a=iDawer

This should close #8984 

`hir_ty`:
- Type parameters, associated types and `impl Trait` are `Sized` by deafault except `Self` in a trait.
- Implicit `Sized` bound is added to end of predicate list. It does not check if such bound is present already. Also it does not track the bound is implicit.
- Allowed ambiguous unsize coercion if Chalk returns definite guidance.
- Allowed ambiguous autoderef if Chalk returns definite guidance.

`hir_def`:
- `ItemTree` pretty printing shows `?Sized` bounds.

`HirDisplay`:
- `impl Trait` with weird bounds rendered correctly.
- `Sized`/`?Sized` bounds are not shown if they are default.

This applies to both the ranged hover request as well as the normal hover type fallback.

We unfortunately have to leave out syntax highlighting here as otherwise the `Type` and `Coerced` words in the hover will get colored.

Note that this does not show all the coercions yet(and almost no pattern coercions) as not all coercion adjustments are implemented yet.

Basically when a macro emits more than one test we name the test functions/modules name in the runnable instead to not emit a bunch of equally named `Run Test` annotations which don't really tell much.

Note that the `Run fibonacci_test Tests` line is below the attributes due to the fact that the function name span is being reused for the generated module in rstest's expansion.

0db4f3f6a4 internal: ensure consistent passing for config params 
We pass "context" parametes first, so configs should be on the left.
"Bigger" context wins, so configs goes after db.

Unfortunately involves a bit of weird workarounds due to pulldown_cmark's incorrect lifetimes on `BrokenLinkCallback`... I should probably open an issue there asking for the fixes to be pushed to a release since they already exist in the repo for quite some time it seems.

8267: Adding gifs and screenshots for features in manual r=matklad a=MozarellaMan

For #6539

This includes most of gif or screenshot examples of most items in the "Features" header. With the exceptions of:

- **On Typing Assists** - couldn't get it to work for a demo, I'm probably missing something?
- **Structural search and replace** - looked to be already a visual example of the feature
- **Workspace symbol** - wasn't sure how best to show this, all of the examples maybe? Also wasn't sure of the best code example to show it off
- **Semantic Syntax Highlighting** - seemed obvious enough to not need a screenshot, but I could easily add this

All the gifs/pngs are hosted in this [comment](https://github.com/rust-analyzer/rust-analyzer/issues/6539#issuecomment-809574840). Please let me know if any of them aren't suitable (and why) and I'll improve it! Or if you don't like the theme/font

14d0db0759 HasSource::source_old -> HasSource::source for places where proc-macros were special cased 
In #6901 some special case handling for proc-macros was introduced to
prevent panicing as they have no AST. Now the new HasSource::source
method is used that returns an option.

Generally this was a pretty trivial change, the only thing of much
interest is that `hir::MacroDef` now implements `TryToNav` not `ToNav`
as this allows us to handle `HasSource::source` now returning an option.

55ba353b39 Don't expose SyntaxKind from IDE API 
SyntaxKind is somewhat of an internal type, but IDE is using it to
basically specify an icon. Let's have a dedicated entity for this
instead.

6901: Temp fixes panic caused by no ast for proc-macro r=maklad a=edwin0cheng

There are some panic when hover/goto definition for proc-macro. It is because in current design, we don't have `ast-node` for proc-macro and then it trigger [this](479d1f7eec/crates/hir/src/has_source.rs (L116)) line to panic.

This PR is a temp fix for all of these similar to bd4c352831/crates/completion/src/render/macro_.rs (L42)

2ae31e34b1 Rename ImplDef -> Impl 
We used to have `Def` suffix for all symbols, but we moved off from
that. `FunctionDef` isn't better than `Function`. Looks like we've
forgot to change `Impl` though!
