This doesn't seem the ideal implementation though, since the compiler still requires you to write `extern crate proc_macro;` (even in 2018 edition). Matthias Einwag	d634364462	Overwrite the prelude with one defined in a later dependency ... This removes the special casing for the "core" prelude.
