40da1b25e2 [Theme3.0] Change reference to use the CSS like var() syntax. 
Supports defaults var(name, default); var(name);
Where default can be another property.
(https://www.w3schools.com/css/css3_variables.asp)

This deprecates the @name syntax.

cac2eb1a7f change default alt. window command to bring to current desktop. 
Xkill is duplicate of shift-del (build in close). This is more useful.
Fix test-case.

d68c4e182c [doc] theme docs not using right key for bg color (#795) 
According to all of the official themes, background color is set
using the key `background-color`, not `background`. This commit
fixes references to this key in the themes markdown documentation
to use `background-color` instead.

f992e0e21a Add the prompt colon to the default theme. 
- Fix dumping of theme localization of the decimal-point. Force it to
be always a '.'.
