In general, we don't have preferences for technologies, but for solutions.
But some projects we have developed are using Java, Ruby on Rails, .NET MVC, RabbitMQ, MySQL, ElasticSearch, React Native, Flutter, etc.
And using some clouds as AWS, Azure and GCP.
