refactor: modularize backends (#1508)
Backend code is now moved to `ratatui-crossterm`, `ratatui-termion` and `ratatui-termwiz`. This should be backwards compatible with existing code. Co-authored-by: Josh McKinney <joshka@users.noreply.github.com>
