chore(ci): replace cargo-make with a custom cargo-xtask (#1461) This removes the need for cargo-make and replaces it with a custom xtask binary. See <https://github.com/matklad/cargo-xtask> for info. refactor: modularize backends (#1508) Backend code is now moved to `ratatui-crossterm`, `ratatui-termion` and `ratatui-termwiz`. This should be backwards compatible with existing code.
