Add tutorial about creating Breakout game clone
Separate additional subsection in C/C++ section about OpenGL and move there the tutorial related to creating Minecraft game clone. Also add tutorial about creating of a complete 2D Breakout game clone, part of [Joey de Vries](https://github.com/JoeyDeVries)'s [Learn OpenGL](https://learnopengl.com/) tutorial.
