PIXI-in-Docs - Initial

- Initial support for generating PIXI-combined documentation
- Includes yuidoc-to-jsdoc for generating pixi-jsdoc.js
- Creates doc (using pixidoc + builddoc) tasks
- Adds sourceproxy JSDoc plugin to map in corrected file/line meta
- Added yuidocjs as a dev-dependency
