(For a new submodule called `xx.nu` the tests can be written in `test_xx.nu`). Test discovery is implemented. # User-Facing Changes There are no user-facing changes. # Tests + Formatting Tests are updated. Should close #8444.

# Description
as asked by @presidento, i've used a generic command to run the tests.

i've also transformed the "a concrete example" sections into quote

not sure about that one, please tell me what you think 😋
