Initializes the display if not already done by iboot/m1n1. Not expected
to change anything for disp0 but might be helful in bringing DP alt
mode for dispexp[0-7].

A couple of p.memset32() are much faster than uploading an image over
the virtualized uart.
Avoids creating resolution dependent framebuffer data files.

MMIO space differes between t8103 and t600x so the hardcoded RegMonitor
addresses make only sens on the former.
set_display_device difference is taken from macOS trace on t6001.

Currently, only some scripts in proxyclient/experiments and
proxyclient/tools have their execute bit set. Set it for those
that miss it.

What it needs to do is map the buffer to the disp dart stream 4,
apparently (or maybe the stream varies?)
