sio: Use 'FDT' in prints consistently
Both 'DT:' and 'FDT:' are in use as prefices in prints that relate to the non-Apple devicetree. Put in 'FDT:' everywhere for consistence. Signed-off-by: Martin Povišer <povik@cutebit.org>
