experiments/dcp_iboot_m2pro.py: Support M2 Mac Mini

dptx-phy and lpdptx-phy look mostly identical. lpdptx-phy might support
DP 2.0 DP 2.0 link rates if the 8k@60 is supported without DSC or
chroma subsampling.
