smp: Add support for ADT from old FW
Old ADT does not have /cpus/cpu<n>/cpu-impl-reg, and the value is in /arm-io/pmgr/reg[2*n+2]. Signed-off-by: Nick Chan <towinchenmi@gmail.com>
