Ryan Davis b38a3b05f9 Reworked Resource.__register's metaprogramming to be as small as possible. ... Mostly involved pushing up all the regular initialize code to a regular method, calling that, THEN doing super up to the resource initialize. This brings __register's Class.new to 5 lines.
