Tweak for aws resources to determine if they're still under test.
...
Everyone now has an `inspec` method, but the AWS ones still return
nil as their backend hasn't been set up.
This seems wrong...

Switched chefstyle back to Layout/AlignArguments=with_first_argument.
...
Fixed the flags mostly with `chefstyle -a` but also refactored/cleaned
some stuff by hand.

Ensure AwsResourceMixin returns a resource name
...
`@__resource_name` may be nil, so return our resource name via
`self.class.to_s`. This isn't perfect, is there something better to use
here?
