polybar: fix the case when config value is a path
...
Polybar treats 'include-file' property differently.
In particular, its value can't be enclosed in
double quotes. Fixes #185 .

Use only tools from Nixpkgs in activation script
...
Note, we still pull in the user's `PATH` in case the user has defined
their own activation blocks that depend on additional tools.
Eventually this will be deprecated and removed.
See #99 .

polybar: enclose strings in double quotes
...
This fixes the case when there are trailing spaces in
string values which can be used for elements padding.
