David Adam 9105d6a82f fish.spec: better installation of documentation

to CMake in some versions of openSUSE where it should be.

Use doc directives to avoid mucking around with cp.

fish is a shell geared towards interactive use. Its features are
focused on user friendliness and discoverability. The language syntax
is simple but incompatible with other shell languages.
