Fabian Homborg 74be3e847f Force stderr-nocaret feature flag on ... This can no longer be changed. If "no-stderr-nocaret" is in $fish_features it will simply be ignored. The "^" redirection that was deprecated in fish 3.0 is now gone for good. Note: For testing reasons, it can still be set _internally_ by running "feature_flags_t::set".
