Johannes Altmanninger 79566bc325 Fix GNU Make completions when specifying a directory with -C 
Make is much better than us at figuring out which makefile to use,
just pass through the relevant parameters.

Also previously they didn't work at all for Makefiles like the one in
https://github.com/jonas/tig, for example.
