ridiculousfish	a672edc0d5	Adopt the new function store and rewrite builtin_function ... This adopts the new function store, replacing the C++ version. ridiculousfish	f77dc2451e	Expose Rust EnvStack from parser_t ... Prior to this change, parser_t exposed an environment_t, and Rust had to go through that.
