b4f53143b0 Migrate source files into src/ directory 
This change moves source files into a src/ directory,
and puts object files into an obj/ directory. The Makefile
and xcode project are updated accordingly.

Fixes #1866

4acea72700 New -n option for read builtin 
Usage: read -n nchars
Reads maximum of nchars characters. If nchars <= 0, there's no limit.
