318daaffb2 Ignore comments for backslash newline 
Works also if tok->show_comments (for highlighting and auto completion) and
with multi-line comments:

function my_function
    echo "hello" | \
    #remove 'l'
    #and more
    tr -d 'l'
end

$ my_function
heo

c6372a1b3f remove trailing spaces 
This is done by `sed -i -e 's/[ \t]*$//' *.[c,h]`, which should not
introduce any functionality change.
