Improve jq completions and add gojq completions
* completions: updated jq completions * completions: added completions for gojq * Shorten jq completion descriptions * Update gojq.fish Capitalize first letter of descriptions to match other completions. --------- Co-authored-by: Mahmoud Al-Qudsi <mqudsi@neosmart.net>
