Roomserver updater changes (#1283)

* Take input transaction when setting up updaters

* Fix nil pointer exceptions

* Rename room recent events updater to latest events updater

* Contd rename room recent events updater to latest events updater

* Remove unnecessary interfaces for latest events and membership updaters
