eb82015b23 all: change macros 
- Change the main! proc_macro to a bin! macro_rules macro.
- Reexport uucore_procs from uucore
- Make utils to not import uucore_procs directly
- Remove the `syn` dependency and don't parse proc_macro input (hopefully for faster compile times)

This allows crates to use `#[uucore_procs::gen_uumain]` without `use uucore::show_error` or

    #[macro_use]
    extern crate uucore;

5be4c48546 cat: show \r\n as ^M$ when -E is enabled 
This functionality was recently added to GNU cat, but had a bug.
This implementation will be commpatible with gnu once the bug in gnu is fixed.
