Silently accepts ---presume-input-tty

For whatever reason, the following is equivalent,

cargo run -- rm --presume-input-tty
cargo run -- rm ---presume-input-tty
cargo run -- rm -----presume-input-tty
cargo run -- rm ---------presume-input-tty
