refactor(styles): make styles example use a const 
This makes it easier to copy this example for use in the derive API,
like so:

```rust
const STYLES: Styles = Styles::styled()
    .header(AnsiColor::Green.on_default().bold())
    .usage(AnsiColor::Green.on_default().bold())
    .literal(AnsiColor::Blue.on_default().bold())
    .placeholder(AnsiColor::Cyan.on_default());

#[derive(Parser)]
#[clap(styles = STYLES)]
struct Cmd {
  ...
}
```

If you use the `|` method then it's not a constant function.

416b1a8da7 fix: Remove unused dev-dependencies 
These dependencies are used elsewhere in clap, but not in these crates.
`cargo test` and `cargo check --examples` both still pass with these
dependencies removed.

84f99ff979 chore(builder): Bump terminal_size to 0.3 
For some reason, terminal_size bumped semver recently; they
also bumped the rustix version to 0.38.

I'd like to reduce the number of copies of OS integration
crates (rustix and nix) in my dependency chain.  Let's bump
to the new version so I can aim to drop rustix 0.37.
