Relative links are only supported on GitHub.
These links tend to break when viewed on our
Gitea so they shouldn't be included in the
guidelines anymore.

This completes the migration from issues to discussions
as the staff team believe it will be easier to track interest
in new ports.
In the future, we should use discussion templates when
they are out of public beta.

fix: use main branch for assets
...
the assets also work without this change but in future this change will
eventually be required, when some assets are changed while the features
(or colors or whatever) are still in the dev branch only: this would
result in assets from the dev branch conflicting with the content of the
main branch
