updates on diagnostics (log + new diagnostics) (#1085)
* move print diagnostics to log

* entity count diagnostic

* asset count diagnostic

* remove useless `pub`s

* use `BTreeMap` instead of `HashMap`

* get entity count from world

* keep ordered list of diagnostics
