Fix transparent_window example on wayland (#15262)
Wayland only supports pre-multiplied alpha. Behavior on X11 seems
unchanged.

# Objective

- Fix #10929 on wayland.

## Solution

- Request pre-multiplied alpha.

## Testing

- Ran the example locally.
