Add no_std support to bevy_tasks (#15464)
# Objective

- Contributes to #15460

## Solution

- Added the following features:
  - `std` (default)
  - `async_executor` (default)
  - `edge_executor`
  - `critical-section`
  - `portable-atomic`
- Added [`edge-executor`](https://crates.io/crates/edge-executor) as a
`no_std` alternative to `async-executor`.
- Updated the `single_threaded_task_pool` to work in `no_std`
environments by gating its reliance on `thread_local`.

## Testing

- Added to `compile-check-no-std` CI command

## Notes

- In previous iterations of this PR, a custom `async-executor`
alternative was vendored in. This raised concerns around maintenance and
testing. In this iteration, an existing version of that same vendoring
is now used, but _only_ in `no_std` contexts. For existing `std`
contexts, the original `async-executor` is used.
- Due to the way statics work, certain `TaskPool` operations have added
restrictions around `Send`/`Sync` in `no_std`. This is because there
isn't a straightforward way to create a thread-local in `no_std`. If
these added constraints pose an issue we can revisit this at a later
date.
- If a user enables both the `async_executor` and `edge_executor`
features, we will default to using `async-executor`. Since enabling
`async_executor` requires `std`, we can safely assume we are in an `std`
context and use the original library.

displayed

- Add shields to other Readmes.
- homogenize shields and titles.

Remove dependecies from bevy_tasks' README (#9881)
# Objective
Noticed that bevy_tasks' README mentions its dependency tree, which is
very outdated at this point.

## Solution
Remove it.

elaborate on TaskPool and bevy tasks (#8750)
# Objective

I found it very difficult to understand how bevy tasks work, and I
concluded that the documentation should be improved for beginners like
me.

## Solution

These changes to the documentation were written from my beginner's
perspective after
some extremely helpful explanations by nil on Discord.

I am not familiar enough with rustdoc yet; when looking at the source, I
found the documentation at the very top of `usages.rs` helpful, but I
don't know where they are rendered. They should probably be linked to
from the main `bevy_tasks` README.

c9f19d8663 Cleanup of Markdown Files and add CI Checking (#1463)
I have run the VSCode Extension [markdownlint](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=DavidAnson.vscode-markdownlint) on all Markdown Files in the Repo.
The provided Rules are documented here: https://github.com/DavidAnson/markdownlint/blob/v0.23.1/doc/Rules.md

Rules I didn't follow/fix:
* MD024/no-duplicate-heading
  * Changelog: Here Heading will always repeat.
  * Examples Readme: Platform-specific documentation should be symmetrical.
* MD025/single-title
* MD026/no-trailing-punctuation
  * Caused by the ! in "Hello, World!".
* MD033/no-inline-html
  * The plugins_guidlines file does need HTML, so the shown badges aren't downscaled too much.
* ~~MD036/no-emphasis-as-heading:~~
  * ~~This Warning only Appears in the Github Issue Templates and can be ignored.~~
* ~~MD041/first-line-heading~~
  * ~~Only appears in the Readme for the AlienCake example Assets, which is unimportant.~~

---

I also sorted the Examples in the Readme and Cargo.toml in this order/Priority:
* Topic/Folder
* Introductionary Examples
* Alphabetical Order

The explanation for each case, where it isn't Alphabetical :
* Diagnostics
  * log_diagnostics: The usage of inbuild Diagnostics is more important than creating your own.
* ECS (Entity Component System)
  * ecs_guide: The guide should be read, before diving into other Features.
* Reflection
  * reflection: Basic Explanation should be read, before more advanced Topics.
* WASM Examples
  * hello_wasm: It's "Hello, World!".
