Remove unused debug identifiers for ComponentHooks methods (#16228)

# Objective

- Cleans up unused debug identifiers for `ComponentHooks` methods:
`on_add`, `on_insert`, `on_replace`, and `on_remove`
 
## Solution

- Simplify the expect messages by removing the unused `{:?}`

## Testing

- Currently untested
