Subject: [PATCH] Fix Good-First-Issue label in  CONTRIBUTING.md (#4979)

# Objective
- CONTRIBUTING.md references wrong issue label, making it potentially confusing for new contributors.

## Solution
- Update  CONTRIBUTING.md.
