Fix reflection for PathBuf and OsString (#6776)

# Objective

- `PathBuf` and `OsString` not reflected correctly.

## Solution

- Add missing registrations.
- Add FromReflect impls.
- Always implement `Reflect` for `OsString` just skip `Serialize` and `Deserialize` for unsupported platforms.
